I forgot my password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Locate Your QR Code File

When you signed up for BLAZE Quantum, you were prompted to download a QR code file. You’ll need this file to reset your password securely.

Important:
If you don’t have the QR code file, you can still reset your password, but you’ll lose access to your existing files. That’s why it’s essential to keep your QR code stored safely.

2. Go to the Login Page

Visit the BLAZE Quantum login page and click “Forgot Password?”

3. Request a Verification Email

Enter your email address, and you’ll receive a link to reset your password.

4. Reset Your Password

Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set your new password. At the end of the process, make sure to download and store the new QR code.
