I Lost My QR Code

The QR code you were asked to download during sign-up is essential for securely resetting your password if you ever forget it.

If you’ve lost the QR code but still remember your password, you can re-download it by following these steps:

1. Log in to BLAZE Quantum

Use your current password to access your account.

2. Go to Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.

3. Download Your QR Code

You’ll find the option to download your QR code from the settings page. Be sure to store it in a safe place.

Important:
If you lose access to your QR code and forget your password, you can still reset it—but you will lose access to your existing files in BLAZE Quantum.
