Sharing Files and Folders

Modified on Tue, 1 Apr at 11:47 AM

Files and folders stored in BLAZE Drive can be shared with other members of your workspace.
You can also generate a shareable link to give access to users outside BLAZE Quantum—even if they don’t have an account.

Supported Plans

This feature is available on all plans, including the free plan.

Getting Started

Log in to BLAZE Quantum and make sure you're on BLAZE Drive.

1. Share

In My Drive, find the file or folder you want to share. Click the options menu (three dots), then select Share.

2-1. Share with Your Team
To share files and folders with members of your workspace, select the users you want to share with, then click Save.

2-2. Share with Anyone Using a Link
To share files and folders with people who don’t have a BLAZE Quantum account, you can generate a public link. Click Generate Link, then click Save

Once shared, the following icons will appear:

  • Copy Link: Click to copy the shareable link.

  • Share: Click to manage sharing settings.

Accessing Shared Files and Folders (for Members)
To access shared files in BLAZE Drive, click on Shared, then select the With Me tab.

Here, you’ll see a list of all files and folders that have been shared with you. You can upload files or create new folders within the shared folders.

Accessing Shared Files and Folders (via Link)
Anyone with the shared link can access the files—no BLAZE Quantum account required.
