Custom Domains (CNAME)

Modified on Wed, 16 Apr at 10:29 AM

BLAZE Quantum lets you set a custom domain for your portals, allowing you to deliver a more professional and trustworthy experience—especially when combined with portal customization.

Custom domain is configured at the workspace level, meaning it applies to all portals and shared links across your workspace, including those in both BLAZE Transfer and BLAZE Drive.

Note: Only users with admin or higher permissions can configure custom domains.

Supported Plans

Custom domains are available for workspaces on the Pro and Premium plans.

Getting Started

Log in to BLAZE Quantum, then open the workspace menu and select Custom Domain.

Entering Your Domain

Enter the custom subdomain you want to use, then click the checkmark icon to continue.

Register DNS Records

You'll be shown the required CNAME and TXT records.
Add them to your domain’s DNS settings, then click Verify & Register.

Once verified, your custom domain will be listed as active.

Applying the Custom Domain

The custom domain will be applied to all existing portals immediately.

Note: If you’ve already shared a portal URL, you’ll need to copy and resend the new link using the custom domain.
