You can invite your team to your BLAZE Quantum workspace to collaborate and share files more efficiently.
1. Members Page
From the workspace menu, click on Members.
2. Invite to Workspace
In this page, you can see all your existing members. Click the Invite to Workspace button at the top right corner.
3. Set Permissions and Enter Email Address
Choose the role and enter the email address of the person you want to invite, then click Send Invitation.
User: Regular members
Admin: Can add/remove users and access the Activity Logs
4. Pending invitations
You can view and cancel pending invitations in the Invitations tab.
5. Check Email
The invited users will receive an email. They should follow the instructions in the message.
If they already have a BLAZE Quantum account, they can log in and accept the invitation.
If they don’t have an account yet, they need to sign up first, then accept the invitation.
6. Notification
After logging in to BLAZE Quantum, the invited user will see an envelope icon at the top of the screen. Click it.
7. Accept the Invitation
A list of invitations will appear. Click the icon on the right to accept.
Once accepted, the user will be automatically switched to the invited workspace.
